Rapid City Landfill, off Hwy 79 (open all year) 
Rapid City Residential garbage Customers are eligible for curbside yard waste collection April through November. Residents can bag all mow it and grow it products in Bio-degradable paper yard waste bags and place them at the curb for collection on the same day as Garbage and Recycling.
